I got asked yesterday what's important to improve ? I can share this with you guys. For me it's not about ft50 or ft100 especially since SF6 is taxing on the brain ( i research and study sport psychology) it's about playing with quality focus for maybe 30 min or 1 hour, repeat

Just got an offer to move to the U.S to take a master with a scholarship...it's really hard to leave Sweden with how good everything is going but I hate regrets. Time is ticking master Wayne is all I hear I my mind😅. I do wanna continue working with esport!

Looks like I got a new job as a boxing trainer. many of you guys don't know but martial arts is very close to my heart. The kids are from the neighborhood that I grew up on. what comes to mind is trying to inspire the next generation of kids and be a good rolemodel!

People that don't play ranked and are afraid of losing, I wanna know why? Like I've seen people sitting in the lab 24/7, playing nonstop vs their friend, saying they beat a top player, but have not joined tournaments and are afraid of competing. No shades I just wanna know why?

Just got re hired for the esport lab in Sweden 🥰! Happy that I get to do more stuff that I love. Only thing I'm sad for is my colleague is leaving me:(, being able to talk about different games and infrastructure and even joke in gaming terms is something really rare.

CEO is brutal 1000 people playing, To my other esports friends that don't play fighting games, you don't know how mental draining this is. all the stimuli and perfection to not get tired is another factor. I do believe people need to learn when to rest, drink alot of water!

Players at UFA that played sf6 ft3 did you feel it was nice? I've only heard good things so far and as a spectator I saw many comebacks and Adaptation, and how the mind games switch between each rounds. I'm just curious if you guys liked it. I'll be there next year, if WW allows

2023 is the best tournament I've been to so far. Everything surrounding the event itself was so well executed and getting to meet new and old faces was the prime reason I attended. Also witnessing the first major EU Sf6 tournament was a treat (Popi is cracked 😵)

When studying the game, I noticed that sometimes we tend to fixate in one particular thought/move/anti air/hitconfirm. When studying other crafts fluidity seems to always be the way, football, basketball, even dancers. Apply this to your game, you'll see it directly

For you guys wondering, this mindset that Adel has is the most important mindset to utilize, it is shown with science that the more you enjoy and have fun, the better you play and the more you invested, mainly because all the insecurities drops
I always go by this thought that I don’t care about winning, I just want to give a good performance

Joined you guys...and wow what a character. This time I got faster to master mainly because you get more points if you beat someone that has 40000 lp. I only used hitbox (many drops but I'm getting there !) Being able to do 22K on command is a must. Also st hp to combo♥️😍

I keep telling people this, more and more it will be demand of having a sport psychologist that understands your game. 7061 entrants and i'm 100% sure many of the top players will lose not because they are playing bad, but because of fatigue and not knowing how to handle stress

Damn where do I start with 2023,so many accomplishments in my personal life. I never stopped pushing and it was the hardest thing to really grasp what I can do. Even then my biggest win is that my sisters surgery went well and she is cancer free. She beat it twice. Happy new year
