This is where my wandering mind has an outlet. I don't care if you like it or not. I try to keep an open mind.

FYI @KickStreaming and @YouTube - this is a call to action. He needs an indefinite time out.
BREAKING - Steven Bonnell, also known as Destiny, calls for conservatives to be killed more often so they will be afraid to attend events or speak out.

We still need to get @KickStreaming and @YouTube on board. Destiny is literally advocating for conservatives to be in fear of being killed. He needs to be deplatformed until he can understand what that sentiment can bring.
Unreal, @elonmusk and other conservatives just got me banned from twitch. My entire income is gone now. So much for the party of free speech.

You advocating for conservatives to be in fear of being killed is vile and unacceptable. It's a call to action for the crazies. Free Speech, 1st Amendment, is between the gov and citizen. @Twitch has the right to not affiliate with your evil. Good move by Twitch.

How can any conservative with similar views as Charlie Kirk feel safe considering the teachers, professors, and city leadership who celebrated his assassination. Not that conservatives aren't already armed but I bet more will be now.

.@Twitch - I have seen some VILE statements in their entirety from Hassan and Destiny regarding violence against the right. If this is not immediately addressed then you are complicit in any blood that is spilled going forward. I have had many subscriptions but no more.

OMG - @AGPamBondi - No. Stop. This is akin to "bake the cake". Let society handle the consequences. If their job fires them, fine. But this is not for the federal gov to step in. Y'all have enough to work on. @HarmeetKDhillon, this isn't right!
Bondi: If you want to go and print posters with Charlie's picture for a vigil, you have to let them do that. We can prosecute you for that. We have right now our civil rights unit looking at that.

I don't understand this sentiment. There is a difference between being fired for a tweet you made 10yrs ago at 15 and being fired for celebrating the assassination of a human being that just happened. I don't blame companies for not wanting to be associated with that person.
So apparently canceling is sort of a "ring of power" thing too. Just too tempting and powerful for the other side not to use it when the opportunity presents. And so it goes.

The words we choose matter. Charlie was assassinated, it is not just that he died. And people are facing consequences for the inhumane and disgusting response celebrating it. We have no room for that mindset. And media isn't helping by downplaying it. Do better @NBCNews
Following the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk this week, educators across the country have found themselves facing swift termination or potential discipline after sharing opinions on social media about the killing.

Here's the thing - we are past his motives. The telling and most important knowledge that came from this is learning how smug, cold, and heartless y'all are. I am not MAGA but I am getting pushed that way because you are disgusting.

Your strength through Christ is nothing short of amazing, @MrsErikaKirk. Your words are inspiring. I just wanted to give you a hug. May God bless and help you grow on this path that you now walk without Charlie. Well, at least physically. He will be there every step. 💜

I think you've done enough. The callousness and celebrating will lead to escalation and you've got no one to blame but yourselves. You have no idea what this and the reactions have sparked. To many, the time for talking ended when Charlie was assassinated.
With Charlie Kirk's assassination, America is entering a terrifying new era of political violence. It's up to us to stop it. Commentary: https://t.co/ezrGFGOAo6

The powers that be should get to this person before the mob can. People are angry and regardless if this person is responsible, they will make an example of them. This is a message to anyone celebrating...
Based on public findings this appears to be identified as an individual known as... Skye Valadez of Ogden Utah. Part of a Trans Activist gun group who was posting a digital album"Death to America Scum" & "Charlie Kirk is dead to me". @AGPamBondi @DNIGabbard @SecArmy go get em.

Oof - my fear is this is just the start. I am hearing so many saying that the time to talk is over. Charlie's assassination yesterday has unleashed an anger. The callousness is fanning the flames. Cc: @Timcast & @philthatremains

You think the Right hated the Left before? I fear we haven't seen anything yet.

The Left has no idea what they've just unleashed, I fear. There are a lot of people who have just needed a little nudge to unleash the anger and the "person" who killed him / those celebrating or justifying his assassination just gave them a push off a cliff.

You don't want the help of the National Guard? Fine. BUT DO SOMETHING. You have innocent people being murdered, including children, and young people who are following paths of danger that will only lead them to prison or a grave. Show us you can do it without Trump, prove it.

Ponder of the day... Your emotional response is your own responsibility. How you react is solely on you. If you are offended, that's fine. Be offended. But YOU are responsible for your reaction. You can choose to let it go or you can melt down over something a stranger says.

I am beginning to think the animosity in our world today is because younger generations don't know Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. If you feel unloved, unwanted, or any other negative emotion, seek out clips of Mr. Rogers. The man who taught us to love ourselves. GenX was so lucky!

For those legitimately struggling with depression, I see you. Keep going. Talk to your Dr and get off the Internet if you find it exacerbates your symptoms. Oh, and "micro-aggressions" is a stupid concept. Stop letting strangers dictate how you see yourself or your value.

...gain views or attention. I was diagnosed years ago with depression. Years of struggling with terrible thoughts and feeling hopeless. But I am an adult and I had to scrape any sense of motivation I could and take meds to keep going. It was hard. Maybe it's my GenX that helped.
