@olexandr Thanks for inside but the whole review deals with biomolecular systems and large-scale applications via coarse-grained potentials, backmapping and MLPs. Certainly we are happy to improve and add some new method that meets biomolecular applications. Cheers!

@piotrsankowski @IDEAS_NCBR This problem is similar to find “reactive pathways�� between 2 states in biomolecular systems. The mean free energy pathway is not necessarily the shortest but the one with high probability to happens/low in FE energy. I Will be curious to apply this in molecular systems.
