I am honored to be part of the DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) Panel and Workshop organized by the RNA Society DEI Committee @RNASociety #RNA23. I wish my academic journey could encourage more woman scientists to stay motivated and enjoy their journey despite the hurdles.
