I watched The Social Network and suddenly thought: ‘What if I build an app to solve my own problem?’ That’s when I decided to start my first startup. As a Computer Science student, with all the layoffs happening, I want to create something that can support me after graduation.

The hardest decision I had to make this week. I had to choose between shipping my MVP fast or refining it further. Shipping early means quick feedback, but delaying ensures a polished product. In the end, I prioritized speed. Done is better than perfect.

Do startup ideas need to be unique? Some say yes, but many successful startups just improve existing ideas. What matters more originality or execution?

The biggest surprise since starting my startup. I thought the hardest part was building the product. Turns out, staying consistent and finding users is way tougher. Execution > Ideas.
