Update on Leann & babies. We are parents of 1 ib 4oz baby twins! Leann is doing amazing! Very tired. Babies have tubes down throats to breathe and getting nutrients. They’re doing really well for 23 week old babies. Long road ahead of us ❤️🙏🏻 thankful. thank you all!

Holy shit! So Atlas and Liam got a new Steroid last two days for their lungs to help develop more. Great responses so far and have been going down on the vent settings like we are talking to 50%s they were maxed at 100%. Both are so strong!

Update on the boys. Liam weighs 13.2 lbs and Atlas weighs 12.2 lbs. they are rocking 10 plus hours off oxygen. Next week we will have a sleep study and if they pass no more oxygen 🥳 never believed in miracles until they happened. ❤️🥰

Today we made the hardest decision to put Akira to rest. 6 seizures today. No life for a dog and emotionally was tough. We loved her so much it was very hard to make this decision. Rip Akira you will be missed. Thank you for all the great memories ❤️

Update on boys. Both are doing really well. Liam has the Ram version of the nasal canal. Atlas is on the bubble cpap but both are 5 lbs! Super exciting looking like real babies!

Update on boys. Liam has his top of his incubator off! And he was in a baby chair for 3 hours by himself! He is doing amazing! Atlas is make strides not big but is doing well both approach 4 lbs though! Gonna watch MSU game with them ❤️🙏🏻

Morning update on Atlas. He is doing much better. He is currently down to 53% on his ventilator which was maxed out when we got here yesterday. Looking to take his drain out today too. Liam is still going strong also. Very proud of these two!

Big update! Liam (right) passed his breathing test and is off oxygen! Atlas (left) wasn’t bad but they want him to gain a little more weight. They only want it on him when he is sleeping. Great news and 1 step closer!

Liam is on 21% on conventional vent might move to cpap tomorrow which is good! Atlas we did a trial and error. He went from the highest vent to the conventional and has been working great at 41% they’re doing amazing today! Strong boys ❤️🙏🏻

I still can’t believe I’m a father to twins. Not only twins, but Miracle twins that weren’t suppose to live. They over came the odds and are proving everyone wrong. Truly remarkable looking back a year ago. Makes me start to cry 🥹❤️

For ppl who don’t understand why we’re are pumped. We had twins at 23 weeks.1.4 lbs each. The % of them living was below 20%. Doctors told us they werent sure if they would live. Now close to breathing on own. Really are miracle twins 😭❤️🙏🏻

Atlas Update. Good news so far. Atlas breathing tube was too small so they put a bigger one in and is appreciating it and doing better. They hope he will be back to his regular vent. These kids are trying to give us a stroke
