For our base goal we're only aiming to launch on PC, Switch and PS4. We don't discard launching on other platforms if we get enough funds, but it'll greatly depend on the success of the campaign.

There will be some limitations, mainly so there's no inappropriate/copyrighted material or people who haven't given their permission in the reference photos, but OCs should be fine in principle! We'll probably end up deciding it on a case by case basis.

Yikes! Thanks for telling us, we had no idea of the connotation, sadly Kickstarter doesn't allow editing of rewards once the campaign has started but we'll see if there's anything we can do to change it.
