17/17 The Ring of Death will now begin closing in after 20 seconds. Up from 18 seconds.
This gives ranged loadouts more time to deal damage in those early 1v1's, and is a slight indirect nerf to push-back skills like Zap and Shield Rush.

Cove Medic with Carapace + Pyromania has been dominating early 1v1's.
Carapace causes self-damage to Cove when it's triggered. We're increasing this damage from 4/5/6 to 7/7/7.
