So I'm afraid that I have to inform you that England is in fact about to follow the celtic nations. Not the other way around. Enjoy your evening.
Sounds like Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are going to stick to their own plans for now, rather than following Johnson's expected 'stay at home' - remember different parts of the UK have already been under different and tighter restrictions already
