The University of Massachusetts Boston requires students to pay extra for a non-existent service, claiming that this service is crucial to their learning. However, this fraudulent program is nowhere to be found—it's not in the syllabus or course descriptions. Yet, when you discover such a fraud and ask for a refund, they suddenly provide all sorts of details about this non-existent service. The reference is Steven G Jackson's email on 3/8 which was also the #1 exhibit in their legal statement.

UMASS Boston (University of Massachusetts Boston) has been scamming, defrauding and failing numerous students intentionally without any shame and fear. Those corrupted fraudsters have no shame and fear, lie blatantly and perjury under oath in every sentence in their legal statement from the vice chancellor and director of civil right office. As they claimed, they cannot get sued because they are PUBLIC and STATE employees. When will the law work to arrest those fraudsters?

First, despite all the real students, the civil right / IX title office lied in their legal statement that their fraud is not real, just an imagination. Three days later, the 2nd legal statement was full of lies and perjury in every sentence, except the signature was real, from the vice chancellor. Students have already learnt much more advanced math at high school, but they then failed or got a very poor grade at University of Massachusetts Boston. The so-called college level math is at most elementary school math, but the exam questions were wrong with wrong grading solutions. Such a tuition/time/effort waste. That is not enough, students were cheated to pay extra for a non-existent lab because students were labeled that they cannot learn that fast.

@SenWarren The math dept chair, a member of the fraud team, his official school account was flagged by UMASS Boston firewall, he always used his personal burner accounts to destroy his colleagues at night on 5/25 YEARLY if the fraud got exposed.

University of Massachusetts Boston has been cheating numerous students to pay the extra fraud fee for a non-existent lab service for years. Those corrupted fraudsters are still acting as educators. But that is not enough for them, how many students got a very poor grade or failed due to the plagiarized and wrong exam questions plus wrong grading solutions?
