@ChrisMurphyCT Why would we need to spend tax payer dollars for firewood deliveries in the Ukraine as you stated? To me, that seems like a low priority for the US govt. and something the Ukrainians can do with absolutely no difficulty. This begs the question; how can we (the taxpayer) be sure that the money earmarked for any particular item in the USAID budget is spent consistent in the manner stated, or for which it was actually intended? The truth: We can't.
