KMOV highlighted our new trial on auricular stimulation to augment Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for tinnitus. The response has been outstanding! Within one day, we received over 400 phone call inquiries and successfully enrolled 50 participants.

The latest study from @SidPuram @WashUMedENT suggests that despite high accuracy for individual margins, IFSH has limitations in predicting final surgical margin status in HPV-related OPSCC, particularly for base of tongue primaries and deep margins.

This study found that neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by TORS and neck dissection was an effective treatment option for patients with stage III and IVa HPV+ OPSCCa. Rates of distant mets were lower compared to concurrent CRT. @JAMAOto

This cohort study in 1078 patients undergoing free tissue transfer found that VTE was associated with hypothermia of >30 minutes and <120 minutes (OR 3.82; 95% CI, 0.99-14.07) and hypothermia of 120 minutes or longer (OR, 3.55; 95% CI, 1.05-11.95) @JAMAOto
