@arrivayorkshire @MayorOfWY And the fact is, I don't want to be complaining. I certainly don't want to be doing that on Twitter. I quite simply want you to provide the service for which you are contracted and on which I and many others rely. I feel the official complaints process is simply to placate us.

@i_jayas @ProfRachelGaN Do you run Onedrive synced to the folder on a Mac? I noticed that sometimes when it failed to sync and then did so, it would decide the online (older) version was "correct". I had Word documents erased or overwritten, and new simulation data deleted. So that may be the issue...

@JakubTomek13 @arrivayorkshire Sounds awful! But not remotely surprising. I do somewhat feel sorry for the people who run the social media for these companies, as they are neither at fault nor can change anything, but this seems to be the only way companies respond at all.

@steida @JakubTomek13 @arrivayorkshire Yes, exactly. We passengers have no alternative, and if the council keep re-awarding contracts despite poor service, then nothing will ever change.

@arrivayorkshire What makes it so frustrating is that we, your passengers (read NOT "customers"), are powerless to do anything about it. What options do we have? Waste another hour of our life? Pay for a taxi? Only to still have to pay for your "service" the next day? Fix this. Now.

@arrivayorkshire Complaints achieve absolutely nothing, and your service has been appalling for the 8 years I have lived in Leeds and relied on it, despite many complaints being made. You respond far more quickly to a public tweet than an official complaint. Odd, that….

@arrivayorkshire However, I am also sure you have a legal responsibility to deliver on the service that you are contracted for, and it you do not have the means to deliver that service, you should not have a contract. @MayorOfWY

@arrivayorkshire Secondly, events cannot be considered “outside of our normal control” if they happen at the very high frequency that your cancellations and substantial delays occur. That is called “mismanagement”.
