I have hardly seen two or three Punjabis in my entire life claiming their ancestors were Pashtuns ( some do claim Arab ancestry). On the contrary Pashtuns have appropriated Mongol Title 'Khan', Punjabi Kheri/ Suthan and Tajik/ Dardic Pakol and now claim all of them as their own.
