Way to pat yourself on the back without THANKING the people that helped you get recognition. I always thanked and continue to thank the people that gave me a "hand up" when I was getting started. But I can count those people on one hand. 🤷♀️

@NorthWestNicky Yeah, once I get a flare up, it takes time for the flare to go down. It disrupts my entire life.

@NorthWestNicky Yeah, it's a temporary solution, and I'm also trying to handle it through dietary means. I had fallen off the wagon recently (due to the stress of my life) and it's come back to bite me. Chronic digestive problems suck.
