Yes that’s right, if a white person starts a company in South Africa, they need to give equity ownership, leadership and management to black people, to bid on public work, or stand any change of a competitive tender. Not necessarily disadvantaged black people, just black people. So the same group of wealthy black people, are on the board of directors of multiple companies, that white people start, making them millionaires, who can send their kids to private school and provide them with expensive tutors, and yet their privileged kids will still get into uni easier than white kids, because of their skin colour. Disgraceful.
