@benryanwriter For a sizable minority of people it’s still considered bigotry to question anything around the trans issue. If you do, you’re just automatically labeled a bigot. If that’s what you’re around, you end up adopting that ethos without even thinking about it.

@drantbradley Many people simply don’t produce a normal amount of the GLP-1 hormone that regulates satiety. It’s not that different than someone needing to medication to control a chronic condition like asthma. Most overweight people have tried repeatedly to lose weight.

@bqusdfkhri @bendreyfuss Trump won the popular vote by 1.4%, and he won with a plurality, not a majority. Let’s not pretend that there was a huge push for a sweeping mandate. We are still basically a 50/50 country when it comes to the left/right divide.
