@Positivteacha Ouch. That hurts ... a lot. You'll heal, but it'll take time. Be nice to you and stay in touch with friends. When a friend of mine died at his own hand, the Norwegian priest said, "talk more, open up more." It's good advice.

@lennoncasino You get one client. You do a good job. It causes another to get in touch. I've used Facebook. Many ex-students (as I am that old) want me to tutor their kids as they remember what I did for then 20 years ago.

@ShakinthatChalk Thank God someone has said it so I didn't have to. The guy has a lovely manner. He's really gentle, but the pedagogic approach is too routined. It's not teaching humans. It's training animals. There is something fundamentally wrong in Lemov's psychology. There is no empathy.
