@19mike_s84 @virginmedia @HeadieOne Drilled a cable through a solid oak post meaning it couldn’t be buried in garden. Had to re run the entire fibre cable. This delayed installation of other services at massive cost, inconvenience and delays. 18 months later and even the CEO @LutzSchueler ignores our emails.

@virginmedia @HeadieOne 18 months of appalling service, 15 calls, 7 emails & request to cancel & you not only failed to resolve all issues (even drilling the fiber cable through a solid oak post) u increased the price. Common @Virgin it’s not good to have to take to socials to get things sorted 😫

@AmexUK You’ve blocked my card overseas for the 2nd time in three weeks resulting in cancelled hotels?? Called Amex who denied even tho tried whilst on phone. To add to the unprofessionalism she was at home & it sounded like she was chopping food 😂 luckily @MastercardUK saved the day

@virginmedia 6 months of issues, unable to access account, weeks of trying, finally, after being told to wait in chat over 20 hours, @virginmedia respond. So there’s a fault with the system that we report faults to? Would that make it my fault? Their fault? The systems fault or your fault? 😂

@CarolineLucas Advised to contact you re issues with Brighton Council housing re a disabled resident with mental health issues.The system is distressing,confusing & at times cruel.Wrong information & contact numbers,condescending staff & managers who acknowledge the problems then ignore them
