@KavanaghOisin I think the patient context around the medication is the strongest influence on my own practice, rather than the drug aspects Is many cases, I’d rather spend the extra time with the cetirizine patient with uncontrolled allergy symptoms, than the stable 30yr year old on lithium

@Jana_maguire Lithium has a narrow therapeutic range. I’m just not convinced that this means I should focus more on it than someone with multiple unmet care needs. I’m interested in the risk of the patient (where acuity can also be important, as you say), rather than solely the medicine risk.
