Ah. Chat GPT is wrong. The engine failure did not occur in 2014, but it happened in 2012, in the CRS 1 mission. Yes, 2 failures failed the Falcon 9, but 320+ successful launches is more better than 2 failures.

Exactly why software reusability is unreliable. Look how the rocket's polluting the land around it, exposing humans to dangerous substances. They should've upgraded the code at least. ESA should've launched their satellite from Delta II. Now Arianespace is just burning money now.
