I think there's a decent chance that they just play Donte at PG. NYK did so when Brunson was hurt + Randle's a solid point-forward (4.8 apg as a Knick, career high 17) If you buy Ant ascending into Wade playmaking territory, it's not a bad idea to try. Makes this make more sense

@Brian85Wilson yup, but it's the right gamble to make. The tax has always been a complex subject for the team. Taylor has actually always been willing to spend if the team is good. They just haven't usually been good...mostly because of the choices he's made 🤷♂️
