Figured out how the bypass for items like these works. The handle (aka meshpart) position has to be at [100000000376832, 100000000376832, 100000000376832].
This confuses the bounding box check and lets you upload.

Seems like these wings aren't neon neon, they don't use the neon material is what I'm trying to say, because on lower graphics settings, you can see em getting more transparent. Seems like it's a texture that's stacked multiple times and rendered with additive blending.

I almost died of a heart attack when I saw that my Oculus account was gone including all my games
good thing: it was just an issue with oculus
bad thing: I was forced to create a new Oculus account so yeah, all might be gone forever. I hope they reverse this thing
