Once again a clear example of David Eby failing British Columbians. The @bcndp have presided over BC once being first in Canada for Cancer Care to now the worst and sending patients to the US for private hospital care. I’m glad people are getting care but it shouldn’t have had to.
The program to send cancer patients to Bellingham has cost $16 million so far - $13million sent to two private US clinics, $3million in travel costs. With just over 800 people treated, that's $16,000 per patient which is about four times the cost in BC .
