BREAKING NEWS: The state of Pennsylvania will play with a Shot Clock starting immediately with the 2024/25 season. According to sources, the shot clock will be 8 minutes in length and will reset each quarter of play.

Seriously? So many questions… Why stop at 5? Is this meant to replace the minor leagues? Is NCAAF the de facto G-League of the NFL? If not, why hasn’t the NFL created their own minor league? What benefit is there for the non money generating sports?
The NCAA is considering allowing five years of eligibility for players in all sports moving forward, per an NCAA official. The topic will continue to be discussed in early 2025.
