Today is a sad day. It's my last day at @Naughty_Dog 😭. Pandemic isolation with a baby and toddler has beaten us and we're going back to the UK for the family support we desperately need. Its been the hardest decision to leave cos I've loved it here, I will miss the kennel ❤🐕

I can't believe #TheLastOfUsPart2 released 2 years ago - that has flown by!.I'm still so incredibly proud of this game, it's still unmatched in my book, and it was amazing to work on. I remember playing the first press demo that was made and realising it was something spectacular.

I can't believe it's been a year since we released this! Where did last year go?! (Covid put it in the bin). This was the best game dev project so far, loved making it with the dogs. I'll be celebrating tonight by playing a certain game. Spoilers, it's #TheLastofUsPartII.

Love seeing this photography by @eveygamephoto of the tomato plants around the workbench ambush in #TheLastOfUsPart2. Growing plants was so important to me for giving subtle clues the space was being lived in during the apocalypse that I placed them in the original blockmesh.

Just started playing #BioShock again cos it's incredible and one of my favourite games of all time. It's such an imaginative setting, rich with vivid imagery that it's still as good as when I first played it. If you're a Games Designer it's an absolute requirement to play.

They were super important to me for giving subtle context that someone was living here - I even put them in my blockmesh and communicated to the art team why I needed them. The artists on this were incredible (Ben Springer and Henry Cheng).

@ChrisIIOfficial @liitt_art Its the simplified geometry that a designer creates for a level to craft the desired experience. Its simplified so its quicker to iterate on and change as needed. Once its approved it gets handed over to the art team to finalise and make it look nice!.
