A3: not so much one lesson… but.. my personal fitness classes are so big this year(good problem) that I don’t have enough cardio equipment (HR straps, treadmills, bikes) for everyone. Trying to figure out a rotation that’s practical, meaningful, and fair. #iahperdchat
