To help with health literacy, @NSSHSE has useful resources for people who speak English as a second language, people who find it hard to read and write, and for people who use visual and photo communication.

“Our communications play an important role in supporting people to choose cervical screening” Lynn says. "Providing accessible information and communicating clearly can increase trust and confidence in our screening programmes and improve outcomes for our screening participants".

Lynn has an interest in improving health literacy & this week it’s all about cervical screening. It “is not simply about the ability to read and understand cervical screening information; it’s about making it easy to find, understand and use it to help people to #ChooseScreening”
