Of course, they can come after Trump. The issue isn't whether we recognize the ICC. We do because we have had the U.S. branch of the ICC located in the Treasury Department. Interestingly, Trump is trying to sanction them to lessen their effectiveness, and Musk is in the Treadury Department ghosting and deleting files. How very convenient. The issue is whether or not the ICC recognizes presidential pardons or immunity, which they do not. They may not even recognize the Trump presidency itself if they have obtained factual proof that the 2024 election was rigged. The Internstional Criminal Court operates according to the higher international law. So, cry me a river.

Exactly. Like I said, women file under their maiden names until they marry. Then they file under their married name. They are supposed to submit name changes to social security and every other entity that requires it, but its a laborious for just being a woman. Women should have the choice of keeping their original birth name, whether married or not, like men have the privilege of doing.
