@Fife_Salvo Imagining how it should be won't change the facts. Domestic solar doesn't provide energy "when required". When the sun is shining it provides a surplus that we export to the grid and when the sun isn't shining it doesn't generate any. Both your points are wrong.

The territory of Scotland is territory of the UK.

Therefore when two kingdoms join, the two territories join. Furthermore, most of the articles of Union dealt with exclusions. Anything not excluded was included. Territory wasn't excluded.

@Aodh_MagUidhir @NeilKing11 @2351onthelist @GordonDudman @DarknessShines1 @UK_Lad1275 @IainCurrie9 @alan_mcnau96570 @Katejsm1 Same Same. The Convention of Estates was a parliament. The only unusual thing was the king wasn't present.

The current international law is well demonstrated by the various borders in the graphic. Internally, the UK recognized this.

@Aodh_MagUidhir @NeilKing11 @2351onthelist @GordonDudman @DarknessShines1 @UK_Lad1275 @IainCurrie9 @alan_mcnau96570 @Katejsm1 Funny enough on this day in 1649, the people of England banned the monarchy altogether. Sovereign or what?
