If you make $1M a year, there is no bank in America that will approve you a loan for a $20M home. Even if you save the 20% which would be $4M, under no circumstances would you be approved for $16M in payments to a bank or lender. Making $1M gross income would put you at just shy of 550K annually in net gross after taxes and before expenses. The MOST you'd get approved for with a $1M income is in the $4-$6M range. You're just throwing numbers out without having ANY type of financial knowledge and it's embarrassing. Mind you, to afford a $20M house, you have to show finances of at MINIMUM 3x your mortgage. So at minimum based on standard mortgage rates today, your mortgage would be around $126K a month, so you'd need to prove income of 378K a month minimum after expenses to even have a conversation, and again you'd also have to put a minimum of $4M down.

When I mentioned GOAT chart, I’m discussing when hip hop heads ranked the top rappers of all time based on skill, technicality, impact etc. Nicki Minaj made it on the top 10 list more than any female rapper to ever exist. Therefore you have a skewed opinion on her ability. However, Kanye, Jay Z, Eminem, Jadakiss, Lil Wayne, etc have all admitted themselves Nicki has washed, and CAN wash them. And in THEIR opinion, no female rapper living or dead is seeing Nicki, and the only female rapper to even come close would be Kim, and that’s still a long ways from Nicki.

None of them are seeing Nicki pen though. None of the people you named was ranked higher than Nicki on any GOAT chart. Comparing THE Rihanna to Doja is the lowest of low. Despite Rihanna having only two number one albums, Rihanna has had EVERY album except her debut, start with 100K sales first week or more, AND unlike Doja, Rihanna is selling 10M plus on albums globally just like Nicki. Donald is very much THAT GIRL but she is NOT in the same league as a Rihanna or a Nicki. She's the most relevant and popular SINCE Nicki, but she definitely doesn't have the longevity and accolades as Nicki. Doja is the only female "rapper" who could compete, but she'd still lose. Again, Rihanna and Nicki are in a whole different league in comparison so let's not set Doja up. She's doing quite amazing on her own, and she can continue without yall setting her up.

Let me provide some logic for you since being smart and educated isn’t on your bucket list. Nicki Minaj has 5 full length albums the world can consume. Her discography totals over 400 songs readily available to stream/purchase at any given moment. At the point Nicki was 7 years into her mainstream career, she had 3 albums and over 200 songs readily available to consume. Thus giving you the ability to enjoy more music, and because you have more music, you now how have more music to pick and choose from. Cardi has ONE album and a total of 58 songs to chose from. All of which was released in a streaming era (her pure sales are piss poor, as proven by Bodak yellow is her ONLY song to go platinum in pure sales, despite being 11x platinum). Because yall have no other albums to focus on, you are forced to keep listening to the same songs over and over again, thus less content to consume, means you accumulate streams faster. Nicki having 2 solo diamond records 14 years later isn’t a drag. It’s a testament to her longevity. Even Beyonce doesn’t have a diamond single. Adele doesn’t have a diamond single. It took Mariah Carey 21 years to get her first diamond single. Your fave may have her accolades, and that’s cute for her. But based on CURRENT stats and what they are showing, yall aren’t interested when she’s struggling to pull 1M streams in 24 hours for a new song, 7 years into her career while she pretends she’s dropping an album that yall haven’t even gotten a picsart cover to or even the initials to the name of the album. Yall have become the epitome of yesteryears success and yall have nothing current to stand on.
