@aimeatai We do ship out our freeze dried orders after fresh peaches when we have a final count that need to be made. That said, they are still dependent on peaches being in season/available so fall within the same redemption window.

@aimeatai We're exploring the possibility, but its a challenge to gauge against each year's specific crop. Now that we've opened the secondary market, there is more incentive to do so. The redemption window is only open during August because thats when peaches are at their peak.
