2022 marks my 8th year pursuing my qualification. Success is hardly ever linear.Other's journeys may be shorter or they may reap the rewards earlier than you do. Someone popping before you do should never diminish your wins.

When I left my small hometown and entered those big lecture halls for my first accounting lecture,I didn’t even know what a CA was or about the big 4.
But God’s plans were greater. 🥹

I don't think SAICA is taking the different costs into account. The unpaid leave, the psychological costs, the emotional cost, the cost of being away from family and loved ones because we're busy. It's not just another 8 hours. It's a 6-7+ year journey leading to APC.
