Well this is good news! Amazon announced a significant softening of the low inventory fee:
"Starting May 15, the low-inventory-level fee will not apply to products that have sold less than 20 units in the past 7 days..."

isn't helpful. The sellers I know are happy to comply and actually spend a lot of time trying to comply with Amazon's policies around account health and chain of custody requirements so keeping us in the dark simply retards growth and product selection on the platform.

Take time to draw a simple diagram of your prep area. Then using two different colored pens watch someone prep a few items. Draw the actual path they follow through the process.
With the other color pen draw the path of the product.
Now with a critical eye look at the diagram

I'll go out on a limb and say that our chain of custody is best in class for resellers. No way we would have gotten to 8 figures in retail arbitrage without it.

No this is for clearing inauthentics. We store them in google photos. We make a buylist at the time of purchase and list everything from the buylist. By the time they get to the line they're in a shipment and we're building box contents.
