Here's a 30 second clip of how we take photos for our retail arbitrage purchases.

We have a google photo account that auto syncs the photos
We flick the camera open and snap a quick pic.

Well this is good news! Amazon announced a significant softening of the low inventory fee:
"Starting May 15, the low-inventory-level fee will not apply to products that have sold less than 20 units in the past 7 days..."

and I interviewed a husband and wife team that sold $13.5M on Amazon last year.
Doing retail arbitrage.
Here are 5 things I learned.
I think the entire FBA 3rd party community would be deeply appreciative if
@amznsellerhelp
or someone else at Seller Central would explain exactly what the account health score means and what it impacts. Because everyone I talk to has no idea 💡
What's your favorite retail arbitrage scanning app and why?
Ours is

mobile. Over the next few weeks I'll tell you exactly why we love it so much.
So what's yours? Let me know with a comment 👇 👇 👇
We have 12 hrs before the deadline, and all our Nike listings will be deactivated and our inv will be stranded. Why isn't Seller Perf. accepting our docs, the same type of docs that have always been accepted in the past?🤦♂️

Why do PL gurus feel to attack the OA model to sell their PL courses?
A lot of inaccuracies in this video meant to put down OA that for some reason I'll waste my time responding to:
1. Limiting future earnings: If you master and scale OA, u can make enough to never work

We have a VA creates batches while we're sleeping 😴
Lastly we knew what we were getting into when we hitched our wagon to Amazon. We've been through our fair share of inauthentics, IP claims, Brand Reviews and even a 72 hour warning. This is always a chance to sharpen our processes. We are using

We have such great team-members there surpassing what I can do in stores. Someone asked how long we spend in discount stores -Avg is like 1.5 hrs.
But I was told recently I miss a ton of product.

isn't helpful. The sellers I know are happy to comply and actually spend a lot of time trying to comply with Amazon's policies around account health and chain of custody requirements so keeping us in the dark simply retards growth and product selection on the platform.
Just because you're out of capital doesn't mean you can't work on your business.
- Work on systems
- Reconcile lost inventory
- Reprice your current inventory

It's a great question. I'm old enough to remember "88 reasons the rapture is in 1988"
Don't think the author gave refunds when 1989 rolled around 😂
Kyrie defends a clip he shared from Alex Jones before getting into it with a reporter:
"My post was a post from Alex Jones that he did in the early 90s about secret societies in America of occults and it's true"
Take time to draw a simple diagram of your prep area. Then using two different colored pens watch someone prep a few items. Draw the actual path they follow through the process.
With the other color pen draw the path of the product.
Now with a critical eye look at the diagram

I've been thinking about that all weekend and how I'd answer it most succinctly. Here goes:
1.) Outsource. You have to outsource the lowest
The twitter contact with
@Amzsellerhelp
was not much help. They told me to contact account health for account health issues. Not totally unexpected but we were hoping for a path to meaningful escalation. Some way to break through the first tier noise.

The folks who think there is a limit to arbitrage aren't going to like this one.
I have heard from lots of seller who are in the same boat as us. This appears to be a growing problem for a lot of small businesses who built their business around
@amazon
as their primary platform. The fog around many of the account health policies...
A simple idea I can't stop thinking about:
We all have:
1. Knowledge
2. Experience
3. Skills
But we're so convinced that our knowledge is as common as knowing how to tie your shoes.
It isn't.
I've seen thousands of people trying to learn things that so many of us take for

No this is for clearing inauthentics. We store them in google photos. We make a buylist at the time of purchase and list everything from the buylist. By the time they get to the line they're in a shipment and we're building box contents.
Never more efficient to batch always more
Just booked a husband & wife Amazon selling team for the podcast that does 8 figures a year.

This should be a fun episode where we get to dive deep into everything!
