@chadzmom Seriously! I got blasted a year ago for being old-minded and phone calling potential adopters. โYoung people will only respond to texts and social media interactions.โ My old self taught you the internet! Youโre welcome. FTR I call and text every potential adopter. ๐

Current status of Paws foster puppy. She has coccidia. Yeah, I was shocked as she showed no signs. Currently on treatment and should be cleared in 10 days. Love you my baby. #FostersSaveLives @LabRescueOKInc

Introducing my newest foster, Clementine. Sheโs somewhere between 11 weeks and 16 weeks. ๐คทโโ๏ธ She arrived 1/22 and has settled in nicely. Sleeps through the night and loves her crate. House training is a work in progress. #FostersSaveLives @LabRescueOKInc

@MustStopMS My incurable vertigo. It's tolerable, but it also creates nausea when I have to drive somewhere.

2/2 So they closed our local chapter office, fired everyone there, and now our chapter office is in Dallas. How would anyone not even living here even understand what our needs are. All the #MS classes at my local Y no longer exist. Why would nmss care? I'll stop here.

@MustStopMS None!
Are you enjoying this snow over Tulsa? Oh, sorry, it's all evaporating/sublimating in the dry air a few thousand feet up.... #snOklahoma #snOMG #okwx

@ThesisMeHQ @MustStopMS If you're like me, I scroll to the conclusion to assess if I want to dig further into the study. And I only read the final phases of the trials. Yes, a newly dxโd person will be overwhelmed and not realize this avenue of research before therapy selection.

A5 - For Copaxone my doc went over his recommended options with me in the office. For Ocrevus, I went to pharm events and talked/listened/read about others on it; either in-person or social media groups. #ChatMS
Q5 - How did you decide on which treatment to take?ย Did your doctor have input?ย Did you research online?ย Talk to others? #ChatMS

A4 - Typical side effects for Copaxone; itchiness, swelling, redness at the injection site, plus IPIRโs every 6 months or so. I have zero side affects with Ocrevus and I don't even have the steroid pre-dosing regimen with it. #ChatMS
Q4 - Let's talk side effects.ย Have you experienced any side effects from treatments for your #chronicillness?ย If so, what were they and which treatment? #ChatMS

A3 - No. I started on Copaxone and the dreaded immediate post-injection reactions, which I learned to handle. After 8 years I had the worst IPIR ever; scary high fever (102 - 104f) for over 24 hours. I emailed my doc and said I wanted to switch. #ChatMS
Q3 - Is your current treatment your only one?ย If not, what was your first and why did you switch? #ChatMS #chronicillness

A2 - I โค๏ธ Ocrevus! Doc finally agreed I could have the rapid dose this last time. Now to start pushing him for to allow me to have Zunovo. #ChatMS
Q2 - Would you say you're happy with your current DMT? #ChatMS #Chronicillness

@MustStopMS A1 - Ocrevus, since 2021 or 22. I had a few hazy years due to life stuff, but MS doesn't stop. #ChatMS I just jumped on X to look at our weather and saw your question. ๐
