Healthy and successful relationships thrive on supporting each other These small acts of teamwork & support is what creates shared meaning You build something bigger than just your individual lives, you actively co-create the "us, we, ours" & this is what builds yr relationship

True connection starts when we make time for each other daily Research shows just 15-20mins talking to each other, strengthens our bond, but it's key that we are fully present together Many couples struggle because of their busy schedules so have little energy for each other

The most powerful messages in love are simple, heartfelt, & meaningful Whether it's "I’m listening," "You matter," or "I love you," true connection begins when we open our hearts & truly listen. Small gestures like holding hands, a hug, or a loving text make all the difference.

Relationships thrive on commitment. Through ups and downs, being there for each other is what really counts and determines the strength of your relationship. Commitment starts with the the small things we choose to do for each other every day, not just on our wedding day.

It’s easy to drift apart without realising it How do you keep connected with each other? Every day, check in with each other & ask, 'How are you feeling today?' This is different to "How was your day"? It gives us insight into our partner's struggles & support they may need

A Lack of vision can make any relationship feel stagnant, boring and disconnected How do you change this? Sit down & talk about both your dreams for the future, as individuals and as a couple When we feel aligned and supported by our partners, we feel like anything is possible

A poor attitude can slowly erode your relationship. If you're always seeing the flaws in your relationship & your partner, it's going to destroy any good there because you're focusing on the flaws. Every day, find one thing you appreciate about your partner and tell them.

One of the biggest relationship killers is the lack of communication tools Talking isn’t enough, we need to learn to truly communicate with each other, to intentionally listen, hear and hold space despite how uncomfortable it may seem. Intentional connection time is essential.
