The Dundas St. East Bike Lanes, one of the oldest commuter bike lanes in Toronto, will be getting an upgrade between Broadview Ave and Kingston Road. This includes concrete curbs, bollards, and buffer zones in areas that can be upgraded immediately.

My motion to extend the ActiveTO weekend road closure on Lakeshore Blvd East passed at City Council last week. This weekend, the closure will be extended to Leslie Street!
City will close sections of 3 major roads this weekend, making more than 10 km of roadway available for walking, running & biking. This weekend, the closure on Lake Shore Boulevard West will return and the Lake Shore Boulevard East closure will be extended east to Leslie Street.
