This seems to be a case of map makers not knowing Canadian geography. PEI is expected to receive $666 million (38% of total budget comes from Ottawa). Anticosti receives no equalization because it's not a province.

I agree. Why would Anticosti Island, population 200+ people, get $666M in payments while PEI is the only province that gets nothing? Oh, wait...maps are hard.
