This week, we have created 5️⃣2️⃣ lifesavers from the ages of 10 to 80! The start of the week saw us visit @glpns to deliver basic life support sessions to 3️⃣0️⃣ of their incredible young people, then we trained the folk at the local Baptist Church last night! #creatinglifesavers

In the most awesome classroom I've ever been in today, I trained 17 cabin crew students in basic life support skills at @Nescot 🫶🤍 Today's learners were awesome and I was so proud of them after their college assessments, that I actually cried! #thepaulalanproject #savealife

Dad, you bowed out of this world 3 years ago today with a hero's goodbye, at @FulhamFC Since then, in your name, people are saving lives because of your legacy. Over 1,350 people are now confident lifesavers and 30 communities are emergency safe because of your defibrillators 🤍

We provide FREE basic life support training to EVERYBODY, whether you are 3 or 103 years old. A person's life is quite literally in your hands when they are in cardiac arrest and 2 hours out of your time is all it takes to learn how to help. Book here:
