Life can change in a wink. 2 weeks ago while shopping I had a stroke. It was a TIA which means no brain damage. I had an MRI, which is its own kind of challenge. I was admitted, hooked up to a monitor, leg wraps, & put through strength tests. Grateful 4 home=Better bed&food.😍

1 year ago Les breathed in Glory, he has no sadness or sorrow. His eyes & hearing are perfect, he has not had to inject insulin into his stomach or strap on his leg & eternity invites him deeper into Love.

I go to Heart Rehab 3 times a week to recover from open heart surgery. I wear a heart monitor as I workout on a treadmill, a stationary bike, work with weights, and close with stretches. Its a continuous hour. Next month I’ll be 74. Now what’s your excuse?
