You might have said that in your post if you wanted to be accurate. You expressly stated repeatedly that all the Court had before it was the “allegations in the complaint.” I stand by my comments. No Court would grant a stay based on allegations in the complaint. Been doing courtroom work for 40 years. I don’t have to “win” arguments by insulting others.

You expressly stated in your “thorough” post that the only “facts” before the Court were those “alleged in the complaint.” Apparently you are amending your report by adding that the court also had before it sworn affidavits from USAID employees. Quit a difference. I don’t think insults are useful but next time I will take your advice and go to internet for accurate info. FWIW, I’ve been practicing law for 40 years.
