@marcorandazza @elonmusk One problem is that at least one side does not want their case before a politicized, corrupt judge, which would result in a workload nightmare for impartial, honest judges. There should be term limits. No one should have a lifetime job.

A major problem is there is no independent oversight of #judicialmisconduct in federal courts. Complaints of misconduct are “sealed” from public view or dismissed by crony chief judges. Corruption festers. The #USSupremeCourt sets the tone. #USCourts
I’d like to propose that the worst 1% of appointed judges, as determined by elected bodies, be fired every year. This will weed out the most corrupt and least competent.
