@SmallerFishGAA How would you set up your defense there? Do you just expect your players to hold their positions hurling style?

@SmallerFishGAA Fair point but I think with numbers of games players are expected to play in a more condensed season from when you played means there's a fair argument for extra subs

@iGerLynch I thought cover for Aaronson would come in but for one reason it hasn't happened. I agree it's a gamble but the squad has coped with injuries already this season. Get through the next 4 or 5 weeks in good shape then it's almost done given the run in. Big few weeks ahead

@SmallerFishGAA Would you still change the kickout? Surely it's been arguably the most positive change yet. Forces contests and puts pressure on teams to retain possession which equals crowds getting involved

@SmallerFishGAA Very hard to say teams have settled on a style of play with the new rules as well. Bad weather and the fact that teams are playing their 1st few games with these rules means there's gonna be a bedding in period. Very hard to adapt a kicking game in heavy, wet & windy conditions

@_RB_Ash @Brivett05 I'd rather get at 10. DJ and Gnonto are the best options in the league for the right as a starter and backup. Would be silly to sign another right winger

@sionaisalachar @shanehoban1 @MolloyJoe So by allowing the keeper to join the attack gives them a better chance of breaking down a zonal defense and actually punishes a team for dropping back early. It won't happen all the time but it will definitely happen

@MolloyJoe @WestKerrylad There will still be slow attacks at times and when this happens the defending team will get their 11 set up in a defensive shape so with or without the keeper the attacking team will have to play a period of keep ball. And to be honest allowing the keeper up will help the attack

@EamonMcGee Agree Eamon. I also think if the keeper was banned from coming up, rather than an 12v11 situation in the attacking half you'll end up with an 11v10 one in the defensive half at times as most managers will want a sweeper in front of the 3v3.

@Leeds_Untied It just shows we shouldn't always go on stats. That list that was going around showing Meslier to be thr 3rd worst keeper in the world had Sels high on that list as well. Not suggesting Meslier is good by the way..haha
