We went grocery shopping yesterday and while we were on our way back to the car, our shopping cart locked up because we passed some security perimeter. What idiot higher-up decided to implement that? It's so dangerous! The cart stopped on a DIME and could not be pushed even if you dragged back across the security line. A few seconds after it happened to us, it happened to another lady not far away and she slammed her shin into the cart. How is that ok?
