@ginmin I’m sorry to hear you experienced wait. Due to our non-appointment setting, wait times may vary depending on complexity of care required. Visit times can be impacted by a number of factors, including medical emergencies, or urgent or complex diagnoses and treatments.

@BlackCarrera Hi, unfortunately you would need to physically be in one of our four states: VA, MD, PA, NJ to conduct a telehealth visit. We don’t have any licensed providers for DC. ^MG

@ahitchck Unfortunately due to our non-appointment setting wait times are hard for us to predict and depend on center volumes/complexity of care required for each patient. Please know we are sensitive to the time our patients spend with us. I have passed your feedback along to management.

@ashley_ward_ BMI is used as an indicator of potentially unhealthy weight for many & as our slip explains your BMI may differ due to your level of fitness or other factors. Patient First recognizes the information isnt all encompassing but is good baseline advice for the general population.

@ashley_ward_ Please accept our apologies as its isn't our intention to offend anyone by providing the handouts regarding BMI. Due to federal regulatory requirements, our BMI instructions are printed for patients whose BMI is outside the Center for Disease Control’s target BMI (1/2)
