The biggest problem is mental illness & its continuing design flaws & underfunding despite the Royal Commission and the MH levy. Mentally ill people still flooding ambulance services and EDs. Fix that and hospitals can breathe. Solution is available @IngridStitt @MaryAnneThomas

The flip flop in 20 vs 10 sessions is peripheral to mental health. It should not be a zero sum game. We need to heavily invest in free nonMBS platforms on MDT community care for young people and for older adults.
