Greens are 93 years old and have never been rebuilt. Greens complexes are not even close to the original design. Pin placement locations cut in half over the years due to the sand splash build up. Multiple band-aid solutions over the years, time to build to USGA specs.

Our course is spectacular and continues to be the most difficult 6500 yard course on the planet, we are okay with not scratching the top 100, we are in the top 20 for publically accessible golf courses

I would love to have you out as my guest at Pasatiempo. We are a little different than the other Top100 courses, as most are not open to the public. We reopen for 18 holes on December 4, 2023, and I am confident we can get you around in under 4:20.

Pasatiempo open for business for foursomes and single rider carts, the course received an unexpected 6 week rest period which allowed us to complete a much needed, very aggressive aeration. Course and Greens responded, we are in pure condition

The 74th Western Intercollegiate from Pasatiempo airs on GC (today, Tues 7-10 pm EST; Wed 4-7 pm EST).
It’s one of the longest running tournaments in college golf. Players like Tiger, Watson, Spieth all played here.
And of course you also get to soak in all that Pasa poetry. 😍

Pasatiempo was an extremely popular choice as the course with the best collection of par-3 holes. The 3rd, 5th, 8th, 15th and 18th display incredible variety and feature some of Dr. MacKenzie’s best and most beautiful bunkering. Comfortably among the best set of par-3s anywhere.
