@javaidbanday Vaccines are definitely expensive and are being introduced by the Ministry of Health for adolescent females. Some sketchy data suggest a lower prevalence in Muslim females. Awareness has to increase as also regular visits to the gynaec for screening.

@Zehru I hope this finding is conclusive. The agent kills and survival is rare. Atropine seemed unconvincing right from the start as OP poisoning has typical presentation. Let us hope closure is there asap

@Zehru The pattern of involvement always pointed to some kind of poisoning rather than an infective cause. Seems accidental but the source needs to be identified. It is not difficult to establish OP poisoning on the forensic samples.
