@candyinbondage @carrot_kigu This bass felt pretty playable out of the box, so I never felt the need to get a proper setup. I just fiddled with the saddles a bit and sanded the fret edges. This is my first and only bass though, I mainly play guitar, so I don't really know what a good one feels like haha.

@carrot_kigu Was it a II version? This is a GJazz II, which has a bone nut and better pickups. The action seemed ok out of the box, though as a guitarist I don't have a good comparison. I just adjusted the saddles a bit. The frets did shred my hands up at first, had to sand those down.

@LadyVolgaK It's half of a heart. My other hand was holding the phone, but half a heart seemed better than peace sign or something in the moment. Perhaps this is an opportunity for everyone else to edit their hand in and finish the heart!
