I have a confirmed date of January 31st for my double jaw surgery.
This will correct several issues I’ve had with breathing, headaches, smiling, chewing etc that I’ve had for years. Scary, but exciting :)

Regular uploads are returning today. My grandmother passed away Wednesday surrounded by a ton of loved ones and we all got together for the first time in ages, Saturday. Just seeing what she created makes all the sadness go away! Hug your loved ones :)

I’m pretty proud of myself. I held back my tendencies to eat a lot when I’m stressed out, and let me tell you, hosting a party for 40 family members is damn stressful. I don’t feel like I impacted my diet at all! Onwards to 15% body fat next year 🙌🏻
